We stand behind every service we offer. This Refund Policy outlines exactly when and how refunds are processed so there is complete transparency between us and our clients.

1. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a 100% full refund in the following situations:

  • We fail to file your GST Registration application within the committed timeline (excluding delays caused by you).
  • We are unable to complete the service due to an error on our part.
  • You cancel your service request before we have started processing (within 24 hours of payment).
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

2. Partial Refund Cases

A partial refund may be issued in these situations:

  • You cancel a service after work has already begun — a deduction for work completed will apply.
  • For website projects: if design work has been delivered, only the remaining development cost is refunded.
  • If a government fee has already been paid on your behalf, that amount is non-refundable but the QuickKagaz service fee portion will be refunded.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • GST Registration was rejected by the government due to incorrect, mismatched, or fraudulent documents provided by the client.
  • The client failed to submit required documents within 7 days of payment, causing service delays.
  • The client provided wrong business details that led to filing errors.
  • ITR or GST filing was completed successfully but the client is unhappy with the tax amount (which is determined by law, not by us).
  • Website delivered and approved by client — change of mind after delivery.
  • Service delay caused by government portal downtime or force majeure events.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us through any of the following channels:

Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and resolve it within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.).
  • Bank processing time (2–3 additional days) is outside our control.
